Two weeks at a fixed price. Afterwards you know what you have, what is risky and what is worth doing next.
What we do - Three situations we help with
It doesn't matter whether the platform already exists. We start where you are.
- We take over what you already have. The platform was built by an agency or a developer who has since moved on. Now nobody really owns it. We take over operations, support and further development, and you get one contact who knows the system.
- We build your first one. You have no digital product of your own, but plenty of manual work. We build it at a fixed price, with AI where it removes manual steps, and then we run it.
- We become your second developer. You have one or two developers of your own and everything depends on them. We become their backup and handle operations and security, so the platform doesn't stall when someone is away.
How we get started
A small first step. Then you decide whether to go further.
1. Two-week platform check
We go through what you have: the platform, how it is run today and where AI can remove manual work. Fixed price. You get a clear picture of the risks and a prioritised list of what should be done.
2. Full-service agreement
We take responsibility for operations, support and further development on a monthly agreement. Small changes happen as we go. Larger requests get a fixed price before we start.
3. Build new things with AI
Once the basics are in place, we build the next thing, such as AI in your product or in how you work. Fixed price per build, and we run it afterwards.

You shouldn't have to buy hours and run the work yourself. We take responsibility for keeping the platform working and making it better.

Yes, that is the most common situation. You need someone who knows the business and makes the decisions. We handle the technology and explain it so you can make decisions based on it.
What happens to the platform we already have?
We build on it. First we learn how it works and document it. Then we take over operations and support and suggest what should be improved. What works stays.
What does it cost?
The platform check has a fixed price that you get before we start. If you continue, we set up a monthly agreement for operations, support and ongoing changes. Larger requests are priced one by one, at a fixed price.
Which companies is this for?
Private companies with roughly 20 to 500 employees that are not tech companies, but have or need their own app, portal, connected product or online store. If you already have your own development team and the platform is the product itself, our consulting is often a better fit.
